Account Coordinator, Digital Media

Description:

CDR Fundraising Group, an award-winning, full-service direct response fundraising agency, with offices in Bowie, MD, Arlington, VA, and Burbank, CA, is seeking a Digital Account Coordinator to join our team. 

The Digital Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting email marketing and other digital strategies to acquire, cultivate, solicit, retain and upgrade online donors across one or multiple nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong project management skills and be able to work in fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Executives and Managers within the organization; manage flow and trafficking of digital projects for one or more clients.
  • Assist with managing the creative development and production process for multi-channel campaigns including: email, advertising social, and web.
  • Work with Account Executives and Account Managers to maintain client creative and production schedules.
  • Assist with quality control of all digital assets; ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables.
  • Provide support for collecting, organizing, and sharing all project assets both internally and externally with clients.
  • Assist with client reporting for digital campaigns.
  • Assist with audits of client social media, search engine optimization, and web presence.
  • Provide administrative support to account staff, including scheduling meetings, updating agendas, taking notes, circulating action items, and tracking expenses.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with digital media strategy with a specific focus on audience acquisition, engagement, and marketing.
  • Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality client service.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and prioritize constantly shifting opportunities.
  • A resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with both creative elements and data tracking for direct response marketing campaigns.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Degree in Marketing or Communications especially useful, but not required.

Experience:

  • One to two years of online marketing experience desired. Nonprofit and/or fundraising experience a plus. 
  • Experience with e-CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online a plus.
