Online Marketing Account Manager
Lead, Create & Deliver as an employee-owner! Creative Direct Response, a fast-growing, well-established, full-service direct marketing company, with offices in Bowie, Md., is seeking someone experienced in online marketing to create and execute online marketing and fundraising strategies for our various nonprofit clients. The Online Marketing Account Manager will partner and lead nonprofit clients in creating, growing and implementing their online marketing programs to acquire, cultivate and solicit online constituents, as well as to implement advertising, branding and social networking efforts, all in a fast-paced and creative environment. At least five years of Internet marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit or agency environment, integrating online and offline fundraising programs. Other direct response nonprofit experience a plus. Degree in Marketing or Communications especially useful, but not required.

Account Executive
You will directly manage and execute direct marketing fundraising programs for our national nonprofit clients. Minimum 3+ years mass marketing fundraising experience including building relationships with clients, coordinating copy and creative, understanding data and segmentation, and a working knowledge of production. Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, you will work with senior staff to prepare new business proposals for our various divisions and assist in sales and marketing processes of direct response and integrated fundraising campaigns for nonprofits. Must have B.A. or B.S. or equivalent from accredited college or university and at least 2 years of relevant marketing and sales exp - or 5 years of relevant exp.; outstanding writing & editing skills required; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions; ability to read, analyze and interpret various business documents; juggle multiple tasks & attend to deadlines in a fast-paced environment; work with business mathematical concepts; solve practical problems; organize & motivate teams; and be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook computer programs. Experience working or volunteering in nonprofit organizations is a strong advantage but not required. Senior Account Executive
As Senior Account Executive you will lead and manage in the design, creation, execution and evaluation of direct mail fundraising campaigns for charities and nonprofits. Supervise individuals or small teams of account and production staff. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, designing creative direct mail strategies, leading and participating in creative activities, preparing mail plans and account budgets, contracting with vendors for direct mail fundraising support services, designing test programs, evaluating the effectiveness of direct mail campaigns, and assisting with proposals for new accounts. Must have 5-7+ years of direct mail fundraising experience, be effective in managing and communicating with senior-level contacts at client accounts, have keen insight into the art and science of direct mail fundraising, and an understanding of the role of online services in the contemporary fundraising marketplace as well as a progressive leadership attitude and experience managing agency staff.
